In addition to this, through our career we have practically been involved in all other business areas, finance, marketing, procurement, logistics, quality, law…
This gives us a broad view and understanding that all these processes work together and that an HR department speaks the language of business, participates equally in the creation of business plans and truly contributes to its realization.
We perform organizational „HOUSEKEEPING“
As a basis, we conduct an assessment in order to identify and eliminate any defects in organization design, completeness of documentation and regulations, processes and procedures, common behaviors of all levels of employees,….. in other words, we look into “how to close the cracks where your money leaks”.
Then, in the next phase, we are concerned with attitudes, beliefs and values (organizational culture) i.e. how to take full advantage of the people you have or “how to draw the absolute maximum from each employee”.
