Sanja Prijic, a human resource expert, with more than 20 years of engineering and management experience in the real sector and aviation industry.
She graduated from the Faculty of Chemistry and Technology in Split in 1991.
“My career path, following my vocation, begins in an industrial environment. I started in Diokom, as apprentice engineer. After that I continued at AD Plastik where I kept working for the next 17 years.
During this period I’ve been working as a process engineer and in 2001 I became the Production Manager with the aim of introducing a completely new production platform, in co-operation with Slovenian partner PREVENT taking the task of organizing 300 employees group. In 2005, I started my career in human resources, for which I completed a one-year school organized by „Business Excellence, Zagreb“. In my long years of human resource work within the automotive industry I’ve been crafting my expertize running the projects of taking over or founding new companies in Croatia, Serbia and Russia (recruitment, establishment of HR practices, progress monitoring), while in parallel in mother company I have upgraded existing processes (administration, recruitment, education, engagement study) and introduced new ones (mentoring, rewarding policies, performance management).
In 2016, I took over the position of Human Resources Manager at European Coastal Airlines. I have never perceived my technical background as a shortage. On the contrary, I can easily communicate with all core business leaders as I deeply understand the language and logic of leadership and specifics of all the departments in the company. ”

Vinko Alujevic is a human resource expert, business trainer, consultant, business school lecturer with rich sales and human resources experience. He graduated from the Faculty of Economics in Split in 1998.
“For the first four years I’ve been working in Dalmatia, in sales, in the category of fast moving consumer goods. In international corporation Procter & Gamble I’ve been building my commercial experience from the lowest entry position to the leader of the region.
I started my human resources career in Zagreb Brewery as a part International Corporation Interbrew. Over the next seven years, working for the corporate owners of Zagreb brewery in Zagreb, Moscow Russia and Prague Czech Republic I’ve been developing in all areas of human resources starting from education, employment, talent management, performance management, compensation & benefits, and internal communication. Very intensive segments of engagement in HR were helping to lead the company through management change and the establishment and introduction of a new company culture.
Returning to Split, I’ve joined AD Plastik international automotive industry company for a period of one year. Leading human resources operations for the entire company broaden my HR experience with practices in the industrial and engineering sector.
For the last 5 years I’ve been working independently as a trainer, consultant and lecturer, with the largest Croatian and international companies (Carlsberg, Heineken, Oglasnik) as well as with the smaller ones in FMCG, IT, logistics and distribution, publishing and advertising.
I am a longtime member of AIESEC Supervisory Board and volunteer in non-profit organizations. ”
